DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina returned home Saturday morning (June 8) wrapping up her 11-day tri-nation tour to Japan, Saudi Arabia and Finland.
A VVIP flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying Sheikh Hasina and her entourage members landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 10:55 am.
The premier left Helsinki for home on Friday afternoon (Finland time) concluding her five-day official visit to Finland, the third and final destination of her visit.
A Qatar Airlines flight carrying the prime minister and her entourage members departed Helsinki International Airport in Finland for Doha around 7.05 pm (Finland time).
Bangladesh envoy to Sweden Md Nazmul Islam saw her off at the airport.
On her way home, the prime minister made a stopover in Doha, the capital of Qatar.
On June 3, Sheikh Hasina arrived in Helsinki from Jeddah concluding her three-day official tour to Saudi Arabia, the second destination of her tour.
Earlier on May 28, she reached Tokyo, the capital of Japan, the first destination of her tri-nation visit.
