Nurses have invented tactics that will help get the child out with little or no stress. Get a rope, tie knots on some points on the rope and start a thug of war with the pregnant Mother.
This activity will force the air down her waist to bring forth the baby smooth and easy .
This is also told in Quran.. In Surah Maryam.. Hazrat Maryam (AS) was asked to pull and shake the date palm nearby when it was her time to deliver.
Scientifically it has proven that if you pull anything to your delivery time, it eases labour pain and muscle pain.
Even in muslim countries it is not practiced much unfortunately, we should follow this as It Sciences or holy Quran to make a smooth delivery!
